A’Ibom Assembly set for Valedictory Sitting

The 6th Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly is set to wind-up its activities for its 4-year tenure.

A statement signed by the Planning Committee Chairman for the close-up, Hon. Emmanuel Ekpenyong, indicates that a Valedictory sitting will hold on Thursday, June 6, after a thanksgiving service at the Assembly’s Chapel of Repentance on Monday, June 3, 2019, by 9am.

The 6th Assembly which ends officially on Thursday, June 6, kick-started in June 8, 2015. It has Barr. Onofiok Luke, the member-elect for Etinan Federal Constituency as its Speaker.
