Gov. Udom Emmanuel Donates more Palliative to the Youths

Driven by the spirit of love to cushion the effects of COVID -19, Gov. Udom Emmanuel has given hundreds of bags of garri to the Dakkada Ambassadors spread across the 329 wards of Akwa Ibom State.

It would be recalled that the Governor had earlier donated palliatives to the State youth leadership last week.

Receiving the items on behalf of the youths, was the SSA to the Governor on Youth Matters, Mr. Aniefiok Iwaudofia flanked by the Spokesperson for the youths, Mr. Linus Effiong.

In reaction to the gesture, the elated SSA to the Governor on Youth Matters, Mr. Aniefiok Iwaudofia expressed deep appreciation to His Excellency for his fatherly care and continuous magnanimity towards the youths of Akwa Ibom State.

More so, Mr. Iwaudofia thanked the Governor for the great plans he has outlined for the youths – post COVID 19, which will help to improve lives amongst the youths of Akwa Ibom State.

The Governor’s aide called on the youths to continue to support the government and administration of Governor Udom Emmanuel in his tireless efforts to make Akwa Ibom State a better place for all.

Mr. Aniefiok Iwaudofia also used the opportunity to commend the youths for maintaining peace in the State during this lockdown period.
