‘2 Weeks in Lagos’ to Premiere in France

A new comic blockbuster 2 Weeks in Lagos, is set to premiere at the Cannes Film Festival. Directed by Kathryn Fasegha, the movie, captures the hype, excitement and bustle of a typical Lagos-life where anything is possible in 2 Weeks.

It features top characters including Joke Silva, Beverly Naya, Jide Kosoko, Shaffy Bello, Toyin Abraham, Mawuli Gavor, Tina Mba and others.

The movie which was first screened at the world’s largest film festival, the Cannes Film Festival last Friday, in France, will be screened in Nigeria, South Africa and Ghana before hitting European, Asian and North American Cinemas.

It takes the viewer into the thrilling Love affair of Ejikeme (Mawuli Gavor) and Lola (Beverly Naya) whose lives collide when Ejikeme, an investment banker returns home from the United States to invest in Nigerian businesses. They fall in love at first sight and embark on a journey of discovering this new love.

The movie is set to be in Nigerian cinemas from October 2019.
